- Which format will I get?
- Chrome and Edge save MP4, Firefox saves WebM, Safari saves MP4. All play in modern browsers and media players.
- Why is the video mirrored in some apps?
- The preview is not mirrored, so text in the recording reads the right way round. Some video call apps mirror your own view, which is why it can look different there.
- Does it work on phones?
- Yes, in Chrome for Android and Safari on iPhone. It uses the front camera.
- Is the video uploaded?
- No. It stays in your browser until you download it.
