Video Merger

Join several video clips into one MP4, in any order, even when they have different sizes or formats.

Processed in your browser: your files are never uploaded.

The video engine (FFmpeg) downloads once, about 31 MB, and then works offline in this tab. Processing runs on your own device, so long or 4K videos can take a while; keep the tab open until it finishes.

Video Merger

Put several clips together into one video. Add them in any order, rearrange them with the arrows and choose the output size: the size of the first video or a standard 1080p, 720p or 480p frame. Clips with a different shape are fitted inside the frame with black bars instead of being stretched, and clips without sound get silence so the audio stays in sync.

How to use Video Merger

  1. Choose two or more videos.
  2. Put them in order.
  3. Choose the output size.
  4. Click Merge videos, then watch and download the result.

When it comes in handy

  • Joining phone clips from a trip or event.
  • Adding an intro and outro to a video.
  • Combining parts of a recorded meeting or lesson.

Frequently asked questions

Why does merging take a while?
The clips are re-encoded to the same size and frame rate so they play smoothly as one video, all on your device. Short clips take seconds; longer ones can take minutes.
Can I mix portrait and landscape clips?
Yes. Each clip is fitted inside the chosen frame with black bars, so nothing is cropped or stretched.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The video engine runs in your browser, so your files stay on your device. Only the engine itself (FFmpeg, about 31 MB) is downloaded, once.
