Keyword Cloud Generator
A keyword cloud shows at a glance what a piece of text is really about: the bigger the word, the more often it appears. Writers use it to check that an article leans on the topic they want to rank for, marketers use it to summarise survey answers or reviews, and teachers use it to show the themes of a text. This generator counts single words or 2- and 3-word phrases, skips filler words like "the" and "and", and draws a cloud in the shape and colours you choose. Under the cloud you get the full list with counts and keyword density, which you can download as CSV.

Frequently asked questions
- What is keyword density?
- The share of all words in the text that a keyword accounts for. A phrase of two words that appears 5 times in 500 words has a density of 2%. There is no ideal number; write naturally and use the cloud to spot words you repeat too much or not at all.
- Why are some words missing?
- Common words such as "the", "and" and "is" are skipped so the cloud shows meaningful words. Untick "Skip common words" to include them, or lower the shortest word length.
- Can I use the image commercially?
- Yes. The cloud is made from your own text and is yours to use.
- Is my text uploaded?
- No. Everything runs in your browser.
