Browser Fingerprint Test
Even without cookies, websites can recognise a browser by combining many small details: the screen size, time zone, languages, installed fonts, graphics card and how the device draws text and shapes. Together these form a "fingerprint". This test lists what your browser exposes, explains what each detail reveals and combines them into a fingerprint hash, all in your browser without sending anything to us.

- How can I reduce fingerprinting?
- Browsers with fingerprinting protection, such as Firefox with resist-fingerprinting, Brave or Tor Browser, make you look like many other users. Fewer extensions and default settings also help.
- Does this show how unique I am?
- No. Measuring uniqueness needs a large database of other visitors' fingerprints, which we do not collect. Research projects such as the EFF's Cover Your Tracks do that.
