Text Wrapper

Plain-text email, commit messages, code comments and README files often need lines under a set width, such as 72 or 80 characters. This tool wraps at word boundaries, can prefix each line (for example "> " for email quotes or "// " for comments), and can do the reverse: unwrap hard-wrapped text back into flowing paragraphs.

How to use Text Wrapper

1. Paste your text.
2. Choose Wrap and set the maximum line length, or choose Unwrap.
3. Optionally add a line prefix and allow long words to be broken.
4. Copy the result.
