Frequently asked questions
Does a valid result mean the mailbox exists?
No. The check looks at the format of the address. Only sending a message, or a verification email, shows that a mailbox is real.
What makes an address invalid?
Typical problems are a missing @ sign, spaces, missing domain or unusual characters in the wrong place.
