1. Create your signature
A photo or scan of your signature on white paper works: the white background is made transparent.
2. Click on the page where it should go
Drag a signature to move it, or drag its corner to resize it. Add it to as many pages as you need.
This adds an image of your signature, like signing a printed page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, which some legal and government documents require.
Sign PDF
Sign PDF lets you sign a document without printing and scanning it. Draw your signature with a mouse or finger, type your name in a handwriting style, or upload a photo of your signature (the white paper around it is removed). Then click on the page where it belongs, drag and resize it, repeat on other pages, and download the signed PDF.
How to use Sign PDF

- Create your signature: draw it, type it or upload an image, then confirm it.
- Click on the page where the signature should go. Drag it to move it and pull the corner to resize it; use the page arrows to sign other pages.
- Click Sign and download.

- Is this a legally valid signature?
- It is an electronic signature image, accepted for many everyday agreements. Some legal, tax and government documents require a certificate-based digital signature from an approved provider; check what the recipient needs.
- Is my signature saved?
- No. It stays in your browser while the page is open and is never uploaded or stored.
- Are my files uploaded to your server?
- No. The PDF is opened and processed by your own browser, so it never leaves your device. That also means very large files depend on your device's memory.
