Calorie Calculator
Estimate the calories you burn each day (BMR and TDEE) and targets for losing, keeping or gaining weight.
Calorie Calculator
Your body burns a certain number of calories at rest (your basal metabolic rate, BMR) and more when you move. This calculator estimates both with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, which studies have found to be the most accurate simple formula for most adults, then multiplies by your activity level to estimate your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and suggests targets for weight loss or gain.
